When my son turned 8, I noticed that he has been reading some words wrong. At first I disregarded it as carelessness, but then I got worried when they became more and more frequent. He kept reading the word “weird” as “wizard”, “for” as “from” and so on. I took him to a specialist right away and he said that my son has a mild case of dyslexia. The specialist informed me that although the learning disorder cannot be cured, there are Dyslexia tools that I can download from the Internet that can help him with his reading. It is such a shame! My son really loves to read!!!
