If you mess with a computer and don’t know what you are doing, you can encounter all sorts of problems.  I was messing with my partners’ computer and went into some settings and he ended up with outlook express problems as I had messed up some settings which deleted some of his email from work.  He was not very impressed but luckily he had copies of the emails I had deleted.  He got outlook working again but I explained to him that I would never learn if I didn’t have a look around on the computer.  He said there is a difference in asking for help and messing things up!
