Today marked a milestone for me. Here I am in my early twenties and own my own home. Not many do at my age, but I realized today I wanted to go back to medical school and needed to reduce my monthly bills in some fashion. My girlfriend Cindy mentioned for me to do an AZ refinance. This morning I am meeting with my local bank to discuss such an idea. Not sure if I like it or not, but I figure once I get my masters degree it would all come back to me eventually. It will be interesting what my personal banker has to say.
