I stopped by a convention the other day when I was on my way to work, since the whole thing was being held in the same building. The people that were there were basically a bunch of dorks, and I don’t even know what the convention was for. It may have been some type of comic thing, though. I remember that quite a few of the people had costumes on, and almost all of them had, at least, made some funny t shirts that their group wore around. The funny t shirts were just jokes about the comic book or whatever and I did not understand any of them. I left after a short amount time because I felt like if anyone that knew me saw me that they would identify with me as a geek for the rest of forever. I also was not in a group of people wearing the same funny t shirts so I would have been an outcast among the geeks. I always thought that funny t shirts were kind of stupid anyway, and I probably would not have worn one even if I was enough of a nerd to actually be at the convention for some reason other than curiosity.
