I can’t believe that medicaid is trying to get me to repay them! I completed all the required paperwork, submitted it in a timely fashion, and even called to make sure that my patient would be covered. It took me quite some time to get my money, and now that I finally have it they want me to give it back. It doesn’t seem fair at all. I provided a service, and now I am being expected to do it for free. I have no choice but to contact a Health Care Attorney on the matter. I know a good one, and I think he may be able to get me out of the unfair repayment.
