Ron and Maria’s oldest son was killed in an automobile accident. He had never gotten married, but he owned a lot of valuable real estate and other things. He also had a lot of dept. Ron told Maria that they would need to set an appointment with a Probate Attorney and go over the probate process with him. Neither of them knew what to do, so they just decided to wait until they talked with the attorney to see what the steps were. Once the funeral was over, they went in and talked with the Probate Attorney, who helped them with all the details.
