I need to buy kitchen equipment to furbish my new home. I am looking to buy a Japanese knives set as I have just ventured into Japanese cooking. A length of 270mm would be good. At the moment, I am considering the Hiromoto. Compared to other knife sets, it is cheaper. I dislike knives that stick to tuna, potatoes, and other starchy and sticky foods. If I take proper care of my knife set, I am expecting it to last me for five years. Looking forward to more sushi and sashimi in the days to come! I am hoping my knives will be a great help to me in the kitchen.
