Some Advice in Dealing with Depression

In dealing with depression, the sufferer must remember the following. 

1. He must not feel that he is alone.

2. The sufferer needs to be surrounded by people that will hold him up against depression such as his friends and family.

3. He has to let that negative feeling go away. 

4. The sufferer may want to do meditation. He must learn the proper way to relax through deep breathing to ease anxiety and pressure that may lead to depressin.

5. The sufferer must get enough sleep. This helps alleviate feelings of depression. .

6. When it comes to dealing with depression, the sufferer needs to understand that he must also do his part in conquering the illness.
