Shaping Up For a Reunion
November 30, 2009 6:27 am HealthAfter having had 3 babies one right after another my body had seen it’s worst. I felt flabby, stretched out, and was still carrying about 13 extra pounds. I needed to get in shape and as quickly as possible. My 15 year high school reunion was coming up and I was determined to look as good now as I did then. I started every morning with a healthy breakfast and followed it with a 2 mile walk. I made sure to drink plenty of water during the day and included several small healthy snacks. I’m thrilled to say that I lost more than 13 pounds and looked better at my reunion than I did my senior year.
