Muscle Building Workouts Were the Missing Key

A few years ago I lost a lot of weight. I got my results mainly from dieting and now I look dramatically different.  In fact, people who hadn’t seen me in years didn’t even recognize me at my high school reunion. However, as time went on, I found it difficult to maintain my weight loss through only dieting. Some relatives suggested I get on the treadmill and do some cardio, and for a while this worked. I even started playing tennis and going swimming, but as each week passed, I felt myself losing the battle of weight loss once again. When I saw a magazine article about muscle building beginner workouts I gave it a try and I’m glad I did, because I was finally able to keep the weight off again.
