It is Easy to Make the Best Protein Shakes

The first time my husband suggested we begin drinking protein shakes, I had my doubts.  All I could visualize was a lot of work and a murky concoction at the end of it.  I could not have been more wrong.  We went online and found a list of the three best protein shakes, which sounded pretty good.  After buying the ingredients, we tested dairy-based, whey protein, and green smoothie shakes.  I loved the smoothies and my husband is hooked on the dairy.  We both began to feel much better right away and now I cannot imagine beginning my morning without my cool, healthy drink.
