My brother has spent many sleepless nights worrying about his financial problems and it was starting to affect his health.  His ex-wife charged up so many bills that were in his name and his credit is completely destroyed.  He has no other choice than to declare bankruptcy.  He will be Filing Bankruptcy Online because he is able to accomplish this himself and it is a much more simplified process.  He wants to take care of this issue and move on with his life.  I believe that he will never be able to accomplish until the bankruptcy is final and he starts getting some sleep at night.
