It seems that my technicians are always complaining to me that we don’t have this tool or we don’t have that tool. They are driving over to the aircraft tool supply store all the time to get something. I need to look at our inventory and see if there is anything that they are going to need today before they start telling me that they cannot finish a job until they get a certain tool. Danny is suppose to keep the inventory up but he does not seem to be doing his job. Maybe I will need to talk to him and give a check off sheet each day.
