That’s right, banks have lending programs where you can lease warehouse equipment.  Traditionally, banks were all about loans, and left the equipment leasing business up to the leaseing companies.

But for good to great credit, banks will finance warehouse assets through leasing programs through their own internal leasing divisions.

These leasing divisions work for the most part autonomously from other sections of the bank, but will help to gain business accounts and all the cross selling that can occur to gain new, top credit and high equity accounts that everyone else is after, which is a big reason why the banks got into leasing in the first place.
