Silvia just got home from work.  She has been talking with one of her coworkers about franchises and what types are available.  They both are very interested in a gourmet popcorn franchise and have decided to look further into it.  Silvia is going to contact the franchise company and get more information while her friend searches on line for information about the company and how long they have been in business.  They want to make sure they know everything there is to know about the company and the franchise opportunity.  Once they have all the necessary information they are going to look into a small business loan.
