For the past four months I’ve been working in the food pantry because times are pretty hard on a lot of people and I am very fortunate not to be one of them. Spring is just around the bend, and it’s time I seriously considered how to get myself back in shape for the warm weather months. Allen works in a warehouse and does a lot of lifting. Sometimes his whole body hurts from all the hard work that he does.
